Neha Bajaj is a writer and disability advocate. She recently authored the children’s book, Noah’s Intense Day. Neha’s journey with disabilities began ten years ago when her older son was diagnosed with autism. Since then she has advocated for better access to education for students with autism. Neha previously worked in international development and impact investing at UNICEF. She then moved into education where she led finance and strategy at several education non-profits. Neha’s experience working with non-profits fueled her passion for equity and inclusion for all kids. Neha lives in Garden City, New York with her husband and two boys. She enjoys curling up for family movie nights, playing tennis and being an amateur interior designer.
