Award-winning author and Pulitzer Prize finalist Alice McDermott makes a special visit to Long Island to discuss her critically acclaimed new novel, Absolution. The wives of the Vietnam War take center stage in this poignant novel about two women whose marital duties to their soldier husbands in Saigon resonate sixty years later.
